NOTE 3/16/2020: DUE TO RECENT emergency measures, it’s safe to assume many meetings are not gathering in person and may have gone to an online meeting format. We suggest you visit the World Service Website for ACA at adultchildren.org, search for the meeting you are interested in attending, and reach out the listed meeting contact to find out the status of that individual meeting.
Minnesota ACA Online Meeting List
We have temporarily removed the listing of physical meetings as all meetings have gone online due to recent events. Once they resume we will revise them and respost them. For now, here is a list of online meetings that we are aware of.
Worldwide Online & Phone Meetings
If you cannot find a Minnesota-based online meeting that works for your availability, please consider attending an online or phone meeting which are offered conveniently throughout the week. Again, these meetings are not MN specific. Listings are in Eastern Standard time unless otherwise specified.
What We Do in ACA Meetings
- We share what is happening in our lives, and how we are dealing with these issues in our recovery program. (i.e., share our experience, strength, and hope).
- We build a personal support network.
- We practice our recovery and personal boundaries by giving service.
