| ACA is turning 46! ACA was founded in January 1978, and every year the global fellowship celebrates its founding on the 4th Saturday of January (though this year, Intergroup had to shift a week). To celebrate this year, we are hosting an in-person party with a speaker panel for all ACA members. The topic of the panel is facilitating a Yellow Book group. Let’s celebrate the gift of ACA in our lives, our fellowship, and learn something new! While the goal of the panel is to answer questions and provide resources to those thinking about facilitating Yellow Book groups, anyone interested in joining a Yellow Book group can find out what they might expect, want, or need for their Yellow Book experience. Current ACA Minnesota Intergroup Chair, Chris S., will moderate this panel. The panel includes Jack, Kim, and Sandy. The panel will begin at 2:30 p.m. We will provide coffee, cake, and snacks; please feel free to bring your own beverages and/or snacks if you wish. Please share this information with your meetings! |
